You can reserve your space on this tour by paying a 20% down payment, which includes a non-refundable deposit of £250 per person.
At booking, we will charge your credit/debit card 20% of the total tour fare. We will automatically charge the balance to the same payment method 15 weeks before your travel date.
The following cancellation charges will apply if you choose to cancel your tour booking:
Up to 98 days before departure: tour deposit (£250 per person) and any invoiced flight costs
97-84 days before departure: deposit plus 15% of the balance and any invoiced flight costs
83-64 days before departure: deposit plus 35% of the balance and any invoiced flight costs
63-46 days before departure: deposit plus 55% of the balance and any invoiced flight costs
45-31 days before departure: deposit plus 75% of the balance and any invoiced flight costs
From 30 days to departure date: 100% of the total tour cost
