At booking, we will charge your credit/debit card 20% of the total tour fare. We will automatically charge the balance to the same payment method 15 weeks before your travel date.
The following cancellation charges will apply if you choose to cancel your tour booking:
More than 62 days before the tour departure date - Loss of deposit only
Between 30 and 62 days before departure - 50% of holiday cost
Less than 30 days before departure - 100% of holiday cost
