Book a one-day tour more than 7 days before travel and you can opt to either pay in full or reserve your tour by paying a 20% deposit. 

At time of booking your credit/debit card will be charged 20% of the total tour fare. The balance will be charged, automatically, to the same payment method 7 days before your travel date.

A reminder email will be sent prior to the balance charge being processed.

Change your date of travel without charge, if you let us know at least 48 hours before departure.

Cancel your tour up to 48 hours before the departure time The and receive a full refund.

To cancel your tour please email: bookings@scottishtours.co.uk adding “Cancellation” in the subject field. Please quote your booking reference number in your email/message.

We are sorry but we are unable to accept cancellations by telephone.

Any change or cancel request should be deemed to have been accepted only when a confirmation email is received from us. The period of notice provided will be calculated solely using United Kingdom time.
