You can purchase selected tours using our Book Assured scheme. You can pay in full or reserve your place with a 20% deposit.
Relaxed change and cancellation terms also apply.
One Day Tours
Book more than 7 days before travel, and you can pay in full or reserve your tour with a 20% deposit.
If you reserve your tour by paying a deposit, we will charge 20% of the tour fare at the time of booking. We will automatically charge the remaining 80% to the same credit/debit card 7 days before your travel date.
Change your travel date without charge if you let us know at least 48 hours before departure.
Cancel your tour up to 48 hours before the departure time and receive a full refund.
Multi-Day Tours
Book more than 28 days before travel, and you can pay in full or reserve your tour with a 20% deposit.
If you book your holiday by paying a deposit, we will charge 20% of the tour fare at the time of booking. We will automatically charge the remaining 80% to the same credit/debit card 28 days before your travel date.
Change your travel date without charge if you let us know at least 8 days before departure.
Cancel your tour up to 8 days before the departure date and receive a full refund.
How to cancel or change the date of your tour
Please email: bookings@scottishtours.co.uk - adding “Change” or “Cancellation” in the subject field.
Please quote your booking reference number in your email/message and, if you want to change the date of your tour, provide your new travel date.
We are sorry, but we cannot accept change or cancellation requests by telephone.
Any change or cancellation request should be deemed to have been accepted only when a confirmation email is received from us. The period of notice provided will be calculated solely using United Kingdom time.
Book Assured
These revised terms and conditions apply only to tours promoted as Book Assured. If a tour is not advertised as Book Assured, standard terms and conditions will apply.
