Book a multi-day tour more than 28 days before travel and you can opt to either pay in full or reserve your tour by paying a 20% deposit.
At time of booking your credit/debit card will be charged 20% of the total tour fare. The balance will be charged, automatically, to the same payment method 28 days before your travel date.
Change your date of travel without charge, if you let us know at least 8 days before departure.
Cancel your tour up to 8 days before the departure date and receive a full refund.
To cancel your tour please email: bookings@scottishtours.co.uk adding “Cancellation” in the subject field. Please quote your booking reference number in your email/message.
We are sorry but we are unable to accept cancellations by telephone.
Any change or cancel request should be deemed to have been accepted only when a confirmation email is received from us. The period of notice provided will be calculated solely using United Kingdom time.
