What will I experience on this Signature Day Tour?
Travelling on a Signature one-day tour from Edinburgh is
a great way to discover more of Scotland. During your journey we’ll introduce
to many aspects of our country: spectacular scenery, history, folklore, nature
and much, much more. As with all our tours this excursion has been carefully
designed to entertain and inform you. There are stops planned at the key sights including Stirling
and Glenturret Malt Whisky Distillery. In addition there will be time for lunch
in Crieff. On this relaxing tour there may also be additional photo-stops. Your
tour will be led by an experienced driver/guide who will provide a live
commentary in English. You can learn more about the features of this tour by
checking the FAQ’s on this page. Our signature day tours are very popular and often
sell-out. We recommend booking on-line as soon as your travel plans are
finalised.
Will there be a tour commentary?
Each tour is led by an experienced driver/guide who will
provide an informative and entertaining commentary in English. You’ll hear
tales of the Clans, bloody battles and the famous characters that have shaped
the history of Scotland. You will learn too of the landscape that surrounds you
and of the nature that makes Scotland so special. Be ready to have a laugh as
well - you’re bound to be told some really corny jokes!

Children aged 5 years and older are welcome to travel on this tour. Children
aged 5 to 16 inclusive travel at the appropriate child rate. We are sorry but

coach does not have an on-board toilet - stops will be made where there are
public toilets available.
Will there be stops for meals and are they included in the price of the tour?
Meals are not included in the tour price, but we will
make stops where you can get refreshments and something to eat. If you wish,
you can bring a packed lunch or pick up lunch items at a previous stop.
Vegetarian food is widely available.
Do you offer a hotel pick-up service?
We know that you will want to start your tour straight away rather than
spending valuable time travelling around hotels. By offering a single centrally
located departure point we can get you to Scotland’s best scenery as quickly as
possible.
Can I book seats on the coach?
The seating on the coach is not allocated so you are free
to sit in any vacant seat. We recommend that groups arrive at the boarding
point together so that you can be seated in the same part of the coach.
